NIS America
When I ordered Makai Kingdom, I ordered USPS priority shipping. My game was sent via UPS ground instead. This pissed me off to no end because it delayed me getting my game.
Today I received a package from NIS. I opened it and it is the Makai Kingdom soundtrack. They sent it as an apologize for botching the shipping. i have never had a game company do anything remotely this good natured in the past.
A lot of companies say they make games etc. For their fans. Well this is the first time I have seen a company send out this kind of message. God damn I love NIS.

That's awesome man. It's so refreshing to have a company actually care about their game purchasers rather than only caring about the money they spend.
I remember when Black Lab's stuff came in after so long and I had some extra stuff in the package.
Of course, I could never stop loving them.../swoon.
